Wedding Package

This package includes:

  • Use of facilities (lobby, Birkenfeld Theatre, green room, ballroom, catering kitchen) for the day (before and day of the wedding)
  • Use of the green room for the bridal party
  • Lighting and sound tech for rehearsal and wedding
  • Set up of the ballroom as per directions; Set up of buffet area
  • Use of round and rectangular tables and chairs in ballroom
  • Use of navy blue or white tablecloths, mirror centerpieces and cases in ballroom
  • Use of arch for ceremony
  • Use of portable bar in ballroom
  • Use of screen and projector in bot the theatre and ballroom
  • Use of sound system in the ballroom
  • Access to building for planning, set up and rehearsal as coordinated with facilities coordinators



Cost of package: $1500 plus $200 (refundable) damage deposit. A $50 non-refundable deposit to reserve event date.  If event is held the deposit will go toward total cost.



Renter Responsibilities:

Renter will provide before the day of the event:

  • proof of liability insurance
  • liquor license if not hiring caterer with liquor license
  • full balance of amount due

Renter is responsible for removing all items following the event, removing garbage and leaving areas used clean.  The Center staff will take down all tables, chairs and equipment used.
